Abstract Submission Guidelines:
We welcome you to consider the following presentation and format options.
- 30 or 45 minute Standard Lecture
- 30 or 45 minute Panel Session
A panel session will involve a formal discussion between 3 presenters of relevant ideas and topics. - 30 or 45 minute Debate
A debate will involve presentations discussing opposing views on a selected topic. After each presenter has presented, they will discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each view, and conclude the session with a summary. - Interactive Poster Presentation
Poster board size is 4’x8’ (1.2×2.4m) and all materials must fit within this space.
Oral Presentations require a minimum of 25% of the presentation time for discussion and interaction with the audience.
