Request for accommodation: only for out-of-town CPEG fellows and out-of-town nurses.
CPEG is pleased to maintain its support of fellows in training and our nursing colleagues by offering two (2) nights* of shared accommodation for out-of-town Fellows and out-of-town Active CPEN Nurses who attend CPEG 2018. If you prefer single-occupancy accommodation, you will upon arrival, be charged for 50% of your stay. Please make a note in your accommodation request if you wish to extend your stay. However, please note that payment for additional nights are the responsibility of the delegate, unless you have received pre-approval.
*CPEG is offering up to three (3) nights of accommodation to out-of-town fellows travelling from Eastern Canada (Ontario-Newfoundland) who are attending the Fellows Symposium on Thursday, February 22, 2018. If you wish to extend your stay to three (3) nights, please make a note of this in your accommodation request.
Do not contact the hotel directly if you fall under these categories as UBC will complete the booking. You may submit your name for pairing by the meeting organizers, or you may submit as a pair of roommates for a hotel room (one submission per pair). The deadline to submit the request for accommodation is January 21, 2018.
