A. Conference Syllabus (one per presentation). We will be preparing a syllabus and will use your abstract as originally submitted. Should you wish to update your abstract, please send your updates to: max.ipce@ubc.ca by January 24, 2020.

B. Registration (one per person). All speakers MUST register. Please register by January 17, 2020.

C. AV (Audio-Visual) Requirements (one per presentation). Please verify and confirm if you need additional equipment to what is already provided (eg. flip chart with markers, WiFi connection, etc) by submitting the AV form.

D. Disclosure of Conflict of Interest (one per person). Speakers must fully disclose any affiliation (financial or otherwise) with a commercial or other industry interest. Please complete the "Disclosure of Conflict of Interest" form and return it to our office by January 10, 2020.

E. Moderator Introduction (50 words max) (one per person). The moderator for your session will be given the biography that was originally submitted. If you wish to update this information or you have not yet submitted this information, please use the form and submit to Max.

F. Accommodation. You are responsible for your own accommodation, but we have booked a block of rooms at an excellent rate of $209.00 CAD (plus applicable taxes) at the conference hotel, Hyatt Regency Hotel, 655 Burrard St, Vancouver, BC. We suggest that you book your room now as we anticipate that our room block will fill up quickly.

A. Conference Syllabus Materials (one per presentation). Your original abstract will be inserted in the syllabus. If you wish to have an updated version of your abstract printed in the syllabus, please forward this copy to us no later than January 24, 2020.

B. Disclosure of Conflict of Interest (one per person). Speakers must fully disclose any affiliation (financial or otherwise) with a commercial or other industry interest. Please complete the "Disclosure of Conflict of Interest" form and return it to our office by January 24, 2020.

C. Question and Answer for Poster Passport (one per poster). We will be creating a poster passport so that attendees can better engage with the content of each poster. Please provide a simple question (and an answer to that question) that participants can easily answer using the content of your poster.

Please provide a short (2-4 page summary) of your session – including references. Please submit your materials by January 24, 2020, in Word or PowerPoint format only, we are not able to accept PDF submissions. See here for syllabus submission guidelines.

Tip: If you are speaking in multiple types of presentations, please take careful note of the parts in blue so you do not submit redundant information.

APPLICABLE TO ALL SPEAKERS:

Please include 25% of your time for discussion/throughout the presentation. Please be ready with discussion questions to pose to the group to help facilitate discussion if needed. This is required for the conference in order to meet accreditation standards.
