All rates are quoted in $CAD and the tuition fee includes 5% GST. The main conference registration fee includes conference material, lunches, refreshment breaks, and a certificate of attendance.

* Parent rate is for the main conference only (March 7-9, 2019) available only before Feb 8, 2019. This rate is intended only for parents who do not work in the area of FASD.

**Student rate for the full program (March 6-9, 2019)  available only before Feb 8, 2019. A letter from your supervisor/department head stating that you are a full-time student along with a valid student photo ID must be sent with student registrations.

Alternative Payment Methods
Mail or fax complete registration form along with one of the following:

1. Signed purchase order (PO);

2. Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the manager on the organization’s letterhead stating that they will be paying the registration fees. The letter should include the amount of registration fees, name and contact information of the manager

3. Signed cheque requisition form (ChReq)

Refund/Transfer & Cancellation Policy

There will be a $50 cancellation fee until the end of the Early Bird deadline (February 1, 2019). After that, there will be a $100 charge for cancellation up to two weeks prior to the conference (all fees incl. taxes). No refunds will be made for cancellation after February 20, 2019. 

If you are unable to attend the conference, you are welcome to send a colleague in your place. There will be no fee to make this change up to February 20, 2019, provided you notify us via phone or email. Substitution requests must come from the original registrant (or the administrator who arranged for the registration) and include the original registrant’s name, the amount paid, plus the substitute attendee’s email, full name, city and affiliation. Substitution requests received after this date will incur a $75 processing fee.
